You’re Not Broken. You’re Becoming.

There are days when simply waking up feels like a battle won. Not because something extraordinary is happening, but because breathing, getting out of bed, and staying present in a world that does not slow down takes more strength than most people will ever know.

If that is where you are, if you are in a season where joy feels quiet or where your thoughts feel heavier than your body, please know this: you are not broken.

You are becoming.

I used to think that healing would look like sunshine and sudden confidence. That one day I would wake up and the fog would be gone, the ache would be lifted, the thoughts would be silent. But what I have learned, sometimes slowly and sometimes painfully, is that healing is not an arrival. It is a relationship. It takes time. It demands compassion. And it moves in seasons.

Some days still feel hard. Some mornings I still sit in silence longer than I want to. But there are also days when I laugh from deep in my belly. There are conversations that feel like breath. There are people I can show up for honestly and fully without pretending to be okay.

And maybe that is what makes the journey worth sharing.

Because if you have ever felt like you had to hide what you are going throughIf you have ever felt ashamed of your sadnessIf you have ever told yourself that you are too much or not enough

You are not alone.

There is a quiet kind of power in simply saying "me too"In creating space for each other without needing to fix anythingIn realizing that healing is not about doing more but about letting yourself be here exactly as you are

Whether you are managing anxiety silently or trying out a new mental health support app, whether you are exploring therapy for depression or learning how to breathe through the noise with a mobile therapy experience, just know that your process is still holy. It is still yours.

So whether today is light or heavy, fast or still, joyful or numb, thank you for showing up.

You do not have to have it all together to be worthy of loveYou do not have to be healed to be wholeYou do not have to be fearless to be strong

You are not behindYou are not brokenYou are becoming

And becoming is beautiful.
